Kuvy Ax
Kuvy was born in Colorado but spent her formative years in England. After a decade working in media (radio, newspaper and TV) as a writer, announcer, producer and promoter, an obsession with food drew her to the world of culinary PR and marketing.
Her portfolio is full of media hits for clients such as Culinary School of the Rockies, James Mazzio (a Food & Wine magazine “Best New Chef”) and his restaurants, Carelli’s Ristorante Italiano, and the Boulder Food and Wine Festival.
At the Fresh Ideas Group, Kuvy puts her media relations and event experience to good use, producing great results for the Colorado Wine Board, the Colorado Chautauqua, Naturally Boulder and the Boulder County Farmers’ Markets.
In her “spare time” (!) Kuvy writes business profile features for regional publications such as the Boulder Magazine. She volunteers for the IACP, and is a member of Slow Food and Les Dames d'Escoffier.
